Acne And Pimples – How to overcome it



Acne can affect any person but it normally affects the teenagers more. Hormones play an important role in the development of acne. Many changes occur in the body during the teenage years and these changes cause breakouts of acne, pimples and even cysts.   Even for an adult especially women during the premenstrual and menopausal problems acne can occur as hormone related acne produces extra oil which causes acne and pimples.  Stress is another factor that can cause acne.
