Acne can affect any person but it normally affects the
teenagers more. Hormones play an important role in the development of acne. Many
changes occur in the body during the teenage years and these changes cause
breakouts of acne, pimples and even cysts.
Even for an adult especially
women during the premenstrual and menopausal problems acne can occur as hormone
related acne produces extra oil which causes acne and pimples. Stress is another factor that can cause acne.
You should regularly attend to personal hygiene and keep your
body clean as perspiration and dirt clogs the pores allowing bacteria to thrive
and multiply. Therefore it is important to wash the face and hands regularly to
help reduce the production of bacteria and use a gentle soap-wash solution.
Avoid fast-food and junk-food or any any foods that are high
in saturated fat and low in nutritional value as this can cause the skin to
produce excessive amounts of oil. Have
fresh organic fruits and green tea as it helps cleanse the body of harmful
toxins. Green tea also reduces
inflammation and has a calming effect on the body. Avoid picking and squeezing your pimples as
this would cause new acne breakouts and also avoid stress and have sufficient
sleep of approximately 8 hours.
There are natural anti
acne supplements available which are made of herbs and other
essential nutrients which helps overcome acne problem in a natural and safe way
and stop reoccurrence of acne.
