Attain an acne-free, blemish-free skin


Acne and pimples are one of the most common problems that teenagers are facing nowadays and these visible spots and blemishes on the face can cause a damaging effect to the sufferer.   people usually get self-conscious and become insecure about their self-appearance and this usually leads to poor self-esteem.  How does acne arise - the surface of our skin is made up entirely of pores which contain a certain gland, which produces fat called sebum and when the sebaceous gland gets too active and produces excess amounts of oil the pores get clogged and when the oil comes in contact with other bacteria on the skin it causes acne.

Acne is most common during the teenage years, but it can happen to adults too.  The most important objective for an acne free skin is to be careful of what you eat.  It is not necessary that diet causes acne, but a poor diet can cause the growth of acne and bad skin as well.  It is therefore necessary to have a healthy diet and nutrition which can help cleansing and removing out toxins from your body.  Avoid oily fried foods, coffee and aerated drinks, chocolates, ice cream as they can trigger or aggravate acne especially if you tend to have acne prone skin.

Avoid stress,  let your skin breathe by not wearing tight clothes that stick to the skin because it can cause oil and sweat to get trapped on your skin's layers, keep a clean and healthy lifestyle and be careful of the products that you use to get rid of acne problems.
