Acne occurs due to excess oil, dead skin cells or bacteria on
the skin. Acne happens when these pores
get blocked with oil and dead skin cells which forms sticky glue and this
causes pimples and is a main problem especially among the teenagers. The main causes
of acne are the buildup of bad bacteria, taking excess sugar,
drinking chlorinated water and taking antibiotic drugs and birth control pills.

Avoid caffeinated foods like coffee, tea, cola and
chocolates. Unnecessary intake of fatty foods can increase the sebum production

lead to acne formation. Hence it is
important to eat foods that are high in good cholesterol. Decrease the intake
