Acne is caused when oil and dead skin cells together breed
bacteria on the skin. The existence of bacteria causes inflammation along with
swelling, redness, and pain. Eventually, they form acne or pimples. There is no
single cause that is linked to acne. Though, there are several factors which
contribute to its formation.
To begin with, Hormonal changes can trigger the production of
additional sebum. Excess oil too can block the hair follicles causing skin
clogging. Bacteria, as mentioned before is another contributor to acne
formation as they too bring about inflammation. Besides, some cosmetic brands
are comedogenic, implying they are expected to cause acne. To avoid this, one
must keep away from such brands.
To fight your acne concerns permanently, you need to examine
all the possible causes. Natural remedies are considered the best way to fight acne as it is free
from side-effects.
